Joseph Beasley

Joseph Beasley has been promoted to vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s infrastructure and economic development team. He has been with the firm for over three and a half years, leveraging his background in local government and public service to provide strategic guidance for clients across industries. In his new role, Beasley will continue working on projects that offer insight into how industries and communities operate and evolve. “I look forward to helping clients make the case for a project’s broader impact and value to communities as our team helps them navigate site selection and incentive programs,” Beasley said.

Sydney Green

Sydney Green has been with the McGuireWoods Consulting Virginia state government relations team for over five years. She began at the firm as an intern and has now been promoted to vice president and plans to focus on key policy areas that are shaping Virginia’s economic and regulatory landscape, including workforce, energy and artificial intelligence regulation. “I am fortunate to work alongside incredible colleagues who have become not only trusted mentors, but also close friends,” Green said. “The support within our office has created a space where I feel encouraged to challenge myself, continue growing and take the next steps in my career.”

Henry Mohn

Henry Mohn, on the Illinois state government relations team, has been promoted to vice president. Mohn has been with the firm for five years and he plans to focus on delivering strategic representation in Springfield, hosting impactful events and conferences and continue building a strong community of like-minded industry professionals. “This work continually exposes me to diverse experiences and perspectives, which I bring together through shared organizational priorities and interests,” Mohn said. “McGuireWoods Consulting and our Illinois team have provided me with the platform and resources to build a successful and meaningful practice.”

April Neumann

April Neumann, on the North Carolina state government relations team, has been promoted to vice president. She has been with the firm for seven years and plans to accomplish her client’s budgetary and policy-related legislative goals, as the North Carolina General Assembly will be reconvening for a short legislative session later this month. “Every day is something different,” Neumann said. “I work with the best team, so no matter what is thrown at us, it is always a great experience getting to work with them.”

Alexandra Goldbeck

Alexandra Goldbeck has been with the firm’s federal public affairs team for two years and has been promoted to assistant vice president. This year, she anticipates working on the fiscal year 2027 appropriations process currently underway on Capitol Hill, as well as continuing to connect with clients to better advocate for their priorities. “It is not just the people inside the office building I enjoy working with, it is also our clients,” Goldbeck said. “I enjoy connecting with them, learning their initiatives and priorities and having that human aspect to the work that we do.”

Gracie Stockman

Gracie Stockman has worked on the South Carolina state government relations team for a year and a half and has been promoted to assistant vice president. She plans on taking a more active role in shaping client legislative strategy through tracking legislation, building partnerships and staying ahead of the curve. “There is something really rewarding about being in the middle of it all, where conversations turn into action and ideas turn into policy,” Stockman said. “It is fast paced, a little unpredictable, and that is exactly what makes it fun.”

Cass Meagher

Cass Meagher has been promoted to research associate on the firm’s Virginia government relations team. She has been with the firm for two and a half years and will focus on multistate legislative and regulatory tracking and issue management across sectors, including health care education, technology and data centers. Cass’s favorite part about her job is the people she works with. “Our team values collaboration, client delivery and personal growth,” Meagher said. “Being able to provide clients with up-to-date information about relevant issues gives me the opportunity to expand my research skillset.”
