Cass Meagher is a research associate on McGuireWoods Consulting’s Virgina government relations team. She focuses on multistate legislative and regulatory tracking and issue management across sectors, including health care education, technology and data centers.

Prior to joining the firm, Cass worked as research consultant for the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, providing project management and logistics expertise for statewide survey data collection. She also worked as a senior research associate for Abt Associates.

Cass received her bachelor’s degree from Union College and holds a Ph.D. in human development from the University of Maryland.
