Gina Sherick Fritz and McGuireWoods Consulting entered into a strategic arrangement in March 2021, whereby Gina is available to provide services as a policy consultant to clients on a range of issues.

Gina provides policy and political expertise on a variety of healthcare issues and assists clients in developing and implementing their legislative strategy before Congress and relevant agencies. She has experience in coalition management, ensuring that groups are able to run smoothly and efficiently. Gina has developed meaningful working relationships with congressional members and staff on both sides of the aisle.

Before she set up her own shop, Gina worked as a Senate staffer on Capitol Hill both within a personal office and on the Committee on Finance, then moved to the private sector as part of the Alston + Bird healthcare practice. There, and during her time at Lincoln Policy Group, Gina focused on a vast range of healthcare issues. Well-versed in navigating congressional waters, Gina’s healthcare expertise covers a broad range of issues, and includes work in the areas of post-acute care, dialysis, and other provider needs. Gina has a great deal of experience working on issues important to inpatient rehabilitation facilities and home health and hospice agencies. She maintains a particular focus on matters pertaining to Medicare reimbursement, given her 15-year tenure working with a former CMS Administrator.

Born and raised in Montana, Gina has strong bipartisan state-level ties in Montana and Idaho, in addition to her expertise at the federal level.
