On April 24, 2026, McGuireWoods Consulting president Gov. Jim Hodges and senior vice president Ford Graham were inducted into the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business Leadership Hall of Fame.

The pair graduated from the university in 1979 and 2006, respectively, and have continued to make an impact in the public policy, government relations and business arena in South Carolina and across the country.

Jim Hodges, president of McGuireWoods Consulting and former governor of South Carolina, has advised clients in all 50 states. He brings extensive experience working with government leaders and decisionmakers across the country.

Ford Graham, senior vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s national infrastructure and economic development team, has helped facilitate industrial expansion projects across the United States and abroad. His work spans more than 138 projects, resulting in commitments of more than 15,000 new jobs and $58.9 billion in investment.

Gov. Hodges and Graham expressed his gratitude for this distinguished honor from his alma mater.

“My experience at the Moore School of Business had a major impact on my career,” Gov. Hodges said. “The skills I obtained were helpful as a lawyer, legislator, governor and consultant, and remain valuable 45 years later. Serving on advisory boards at the Moore School allows me to continue this important relationship and give back to the Moore community in a small way.”

Graham echoed Hodges’ sentiment.

“Although I graduated two decades ago this May, the Moore School’s core focus on international business has been the unifying thread throughout my work as an industry recruiter for South Carolina, economic development attorney, and national site selector with McGuireWoods Consulting,” Graham said. “I am humbled to be included in the Hall of Fame list with such esteemed alumni.”
