Jeremy Green is a vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s federal public affairs team in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, he spent nine years working in industry engagement, federal policy and government affairs roles with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the largest trade association in the United States.

While working at NAR, Jeremy represented the housing and real estate industries before the White House and departments of Housing and Urban Development, Veterans Affairs and Agriculture. He also represented NAR before numerous bicameral and bipartisan members of Congress across the committees of Financial Services, Banking, Appropriations, Ways and Means, Veterans Affairs, Judiciary and Small Business. In addition, he managed the relationships between NAR’s government affairs team and many industry coalitions.

Jeremy oversaw significant administrative and legislative policy achievements while at NAR, including increased funding to critical housing programs and updates to Federal Housing Administration’s and Virginia’s home loan programs. His leadership in the housing, banking and financial services sectors led him to be named a 2024 Rising Star by HousingWire.
