Haley is a vice president of communications and digital advocacy on the firm’s national advocacy team. She focuses her practice on elevating and advancing clients’ issues through expert strategic and digital communications, including deploying multifaceted campaigns. Haley collaborates with clients across a breadth of industries, including energy, water, healthcare, land use, and education.

Haley has seven years of experience in strategic communications, public relations and legislative advocacy and specializes in crafting concise, persuasive messaging, developing effective digital mobilization campaigns and creating influential graphic design.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods Consulting, Haley most recently served as the communications manager for the Texas Oil and Gas Association.

Haley holds a B.S. degree in advertising with a minor in business administration and management from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Dallas with her husband.
