Graham has over forty years experience in national and state politics and government relations. He draws on his extensive experience to assist clients on a variety of issues that include energy, education, healthcare and general advocacy.
Graham’s political and governmental experience includes serving as the Southern States Director for then-Vice President George Bush’s political action committee, the Fund for America’s Future; serving as Executive Director of Legislative Affairs for South Carolina Governor Carroll Campbell, and for the last twenty-five years working in private government relations consulting and lobbying.
Immediately prior to joining McGuireWoods Consulting, Graham was a principal at Kerr and Company, Incorporated. Graham is a recipient of the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina’s highest civilian honor.
