Sydney Green is an assistant vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s Virginia government relations team. In addition to providing direct lobbying efforts before the Virginia General Assembly and state agencies, her responsibilities include conducting in-depth research and writing legislative reports, managing political giving, tracking multistate legislation, analyzing policy, and event planning.
Sydney has lobbied on behalf of clients across a variety of sectors, including education, healthcare, natural resources, and agriculture. Additionally, she monitors state legislation and regulations on behalf of clients in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cosmetology, and legal sectors.
Prior to this role, Sydney was a state government relations intern at McGuireWoods Consulting while pursuing her degree in political science. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with honors.
