Former Policy & Communications Director for State Representative David Spiller enhances MWC’s presence in Austin, Texas
McGuireWoods Consulting announces Paige West, a senior legislative staffer for Texas State Representative David Spiller, joined the firm in Austin as a vice president of government relations. She works closely with clients on legislative and regulatory matters before the Texas legislature and state agencies, leveraging years of experience in public policy and strategic communications.
West served as policy and communications director for Representative Spiller, where she also oversaw energy policy initiatives for the Texas House Committee on State Affairs and the Texas Energy Fund Joint Advisory Committee. She advised the representative on legislative priorities, facilitated stakeholder engagement, and managed comprehensive communication strategies for his Capitol and district offices. Her career spans district outreach, constituent services, and campaign management, fostering strong relationships across Texas.
