The North Carolina Agriculture Department is trying to educate manufacturers and sellers of products containing cannabidiol or CBD oil. The department is sending out letters next week explaining what is legal.

HCA Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider with 185 hospitals and approximately 1,800 sites of care in 21 states and the United Kingdom, today announced it has completed the purchase of Mission Health, a six-hospital system in Asheville and western North Carolina, for approximately $1.5 billion.

WXYZ: North Carolina Rep. Walter Jones dies at 76
North Carolina Republican Rep. Walter Jones died on Sunday at age 76, according to a statement on the congressman’s website.
