Nicole joined McGuireWoods Consulting in 2022 and serves on the MWCAdvocacy team working with associations to help them reach their strategic objectives and manage their day-to-day operations. Nicole has a background in communications, development and project management in associations, communications, higher academia and corporate industry. Nicole’s diverse experience provides insight and assistance to clients seeking to navigate, organize and lead efforts to reach established goals for advocacy issues. Additionally, she possesses experience with legislative efforts and volunteer engagement.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole served as the executive director of a local industry association for 5 years. Most recently, she led the communications efforts for a state-wide professional association that focuses on legislative advocacy, industry engagement, continuing education and operational resources.

Nicole attended Mary Baldwin University focusing her studies on Public Relations with an emphasis on leadership and women’s studies and is currently pursuing her Certified Association Executive designation with the American Society of Association Executives.
