Clayton Cox, vice president on McGuireWoods Consulting’s federal public affairs team, has been appointed to the 2024 Democratic National Committee (DNC) Platform Committee. This prestigious appointment underscores Mr. Cox’s extensive experience and deep connection to national Democratic politics at the highest levels.
Clayton is one of 180 appointments to this pivotal committee, which is charged with drafting the national platform for the Democratic presidential nominee every four years. The Platform Committee will prepare a draft document for the national party to review at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago when the body is called to order on August 19, 2024.
