During the summer, Donald Trump expressed some concern that NFL games would reduce his audience for the fall presidential debates. He apparently didn’t need to worry. The intense interest in this presidential election and the high ratings earned by a recent defense policy forum featuring the candidates on NBC will guarantee big numbers when Trump and Hillary Clinton square off in their three prime time encounters, the first of which is on Monday.
