McGuireWoods Consulting’s Susan Liberty and Chris Lloyd (Infrastructure & Economic Development) led the site selection, incentives negotiations,legislative initiatives, compliance, and local permitting process efforts for Lidl US, one of Europe’s largest grocery retailers, with consulting servicesrelated to the development of the company’s US headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. In addition to the US headquarters, Susan and Chris have providedsimilar consulting services for the company on three regional headquarters and three distribution center projects.
