MWC client, Continental Tire, recently announced a new $500 million facility to be built in Sumter, SC creating 1,700 new jobs. Deal will also expand the company’s U.S. headquarters in Lancaster County by 80 jobs.

The MWC efforts, led by former Governor Jim Hodges, and including Billy Boan (Columbia), MacLean Limehouse (Columbia), and Chris Lloyd (Richmond) included efforts to adjust the state’s Investment Tax Credit to be more favorable to the company and provide outreach to state and local officials.
