Darren focuses his practice on federal, state and local government relations and public finance. He has significant policy experience in energy and climate change issues and financial markets, and provides clients with legal expertise in all types of public finance projects.
 
Collier received a B.A. degree in history and political science from Indiana University, and is a 1994 graduate of the Capital University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio.
