Reynold will lend his broad expertise in campaign organization and management to the firm’s Grassroots and Issue Management practice. In addition, his experience serving in Governor McDonnell’s policy office will supplement the already strong government affairs practice of McGuireWoods Consulting.

As McDonnell’s Deputy Director of Policy, Reynold oversaw policy areas related to the secretaries of Finance, Transportation, Health & Human Resources, Technology, and Administration. He also served the Governor and the Commonwealth as Director of the Virginia Government Reform Commission.

Reynold was also deputy campaign manager for Bob McDonnell’s successful Governor’s race in 2009, having previously worked to help establish the campaign while McDonnell was still Attorney General in 2007. In 2008, he worked as Virginia State Director for the John McCain presidential campaign.
