The award recognizes the graduate who has in the past year best represented the ideals at the heart of the Sorensen mission: a spirit of ethics, bi-partisanship and civic engagement.
Felix is a 2004 graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership Political Leaders Program and serves as a member of the Richmond Regional Board. McGuireWoods Consulting served as a table sponsor for the event.
