The conference call will feature results of the 2009 statewide elections in the Commonwealth of Virginia and possible implications for your company associated with the change in administration and shifting of power in the General Assembly.
 
House Republicans made a net gain of six seats, and the makeup of House committees (except Appropriations) will go from 13 Republicans and 9 Democrats to 14 Republicans and 8 Democrats.
 
Dr. Sabato has served on many national and state commissions, including the National Commission for the Renewal of American Democracy, the U.S. Senate Campaign Finance Reform Panel, the Governor’s Commission on Campaign Finance Reform, Government Accountability, and Ethics, and the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Higher Education.
