Subscribers will receive the North Carolina Legislative HealthWatch by email throughout the year as actions occur, during sessions of the N.C. General Assembly and in the interim as study committees do their work. Whenever a bill is introduced, taken up in committee or debated by legislators, subscribers will know. Access to a web-based, searchable database of past reports and complete archive of all editions is also included with the subscription.
