Every year for the last decade Virginia has released a report on spending of tax-payer dollars. It is an insightful look at spending trends in education, healthcare, corrections and infrastructure.
 
Virginia’s Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission publishes the report on Virginia’s $36 billion annual budget every year, usually about a month before the Governor releases his take on the new state budget.
