Speaker Howell was named Legislator of the Year by ALEC in 2001, and has served on ALEC’s board since 2003, the same year he was elected Speaker of Virginia’s house of Delegates.
McGuireWoods Consulting is a long time supporter of ALEC, and many folks in our office have long-standing relationships with him. The 2009 ALEC Annual Conference will be held in Atlanta in July.
