McGuireWoods & McGuireWoods Consulting hosted Virginia state senator Ken Cuccinelli for a meet-and-greet breakfast reception on Wednesday, October 15 in Richmond. A number of attorneys and consultants had the chance to meet with Senator Cuccinelli to discuss his candidacy for Virginia Attorney General. He is running to secure the Republican nomination against two other opponents, in an effort to succeed incumbent Virginia Attorney General Bob McDonnell. The nomination and election will be held in 2009. McGuireWoods Consulting offices across the country host such events for members of both parties from time to time, allowing attorneys, consultants and our clients the opportunities to meet with leading Virginia elected officials.
