The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, a client of McGuireWoods Consulting, hosted Virginia Governor Tim Kaine and his Cabinet at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. The reception capped off Governor Kaine’s Northern Virginia Community Cabinet Day. McGuireWoods Consulting represents the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation at the Virginia General Assembly and has assisted the Foundation with securing state funds to build the Museum. The first phase of the Museum opened in November 2006 and more than one million visitors have passed through its doors. Currently, the Foundation is raising the necessary funds to complete the final phases of the Museum.
