Collier has held positions with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and the Illinois Housing Development Authority, and also served as associate with the law firms of Schiff, Hardin & Waite and Ungaretti and Harris.
Collier received a B.A. degree in history and political science from Indiana University, and is a 1994 graduate of the Capital University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio.
