12. Design-build approvals granted

On July 20, the state Design-Build/Construction Management Review Board met to consider applications submitted by Virginia Beach, Alexandria, and Loudoun County under legislation passed by the 2006 General Assembly. All three localities received authorization. A copy of the memo is available online for a specific project being considered by Alexandria.
