11. NCPPP announces awards, Stafford Schools PPEA wins Innovation Award

The National Council of Public Private Partnerships (NCPPP) recently announced its 2005 award winners which will be given on November 16, 2005 in Alexandria, Virginia. Among the winners was the Haskell/Hess P3 Venture in Stafford County. View press release.

12. Fairfax seeks competitors for Mid-County Office Complex PPEA

Fairfax County recently received an unsolicited proposal for the development of a mid-county office complex. Few details are available yet, but a copy of the notice is available.

13. VDOT issues TPOF, PPTA guidelines

At its October 20, 2005 meeting, the Commonwealth Transportation Board adopted the guidelines for the Transportation Partnership Opportunity Fund and the revised guidelines for the PPTA.:
