5. DSS posts competing PPEA proposals for IT overhaul

6. Herndon seeks PPEA help for downtown redevelopment

The following RFP was recently issued by the Town of Herndon looking for advisors to assist with the Town’s efforts to redevelop its downtown. The town is considering using the PPEA to accomplish this redevelopment activity which will include parking, office suites, housing, and a performing arts center.

7. DGS issues RFP for Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind Consolidation

As required by language in the 2004 budget adopted by the Virginia General Assembly, the Department of General Services has issued the following RFP  for development of a new school for the deaf and blind, which would consolidate existing state facilities in Staunton and Hampton.
