Virginia Governor Mark Warner announced on November 17, 2004 that Booz Allen Hamilton, a provider of management, financial and information technology consulting services, will expand its operations in Fairfax County, Virginia.  The company will create 3,700 new jobs that pay an average salary of $79,000 and will invest $133 million in new office facilities.  Chris Lloyd and Susan Liberty of the McGuireWoods Consulting Business Expansion team led the incentives negotiations for Booz Allen.

Booz Allen Hamilton will receive up to $9 million from the Virginia Investment Partnership program based on actual job creation over five years.  In addition, the company will qualify for Major Business Facility Job Tax Credits and will receive assistance through the Workforce Services program of the Virginia Department of Business Assistance.
