Mr. Moldovan works with clients regarding state of Georgia and federal governmental matters as part of his law practice in Atlanta. He advises many companies and trade associations that provide services in highly regulated industries including healthcare. He has served as a spokesman for clients on controversial issues and testified in the legislature on pending bills. As part of his practice, he provides analysis to clients on state and federal proposed rules and guidance and communicates with state and federal regulators on behalf of his clients.
He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and has practiced law in the Atlanta area for more than 20 years.
