Andrew Long joined McGuireWoods Consulting in January 2012 as an assistant vice president of State Government Relations. He most recently oversaw legislative tracking and monitoring activities for Georgia360 clients, focused on the development and activation of their grassroots political network, and managed advocacy programs for the purpose of creating opportunities to communicate client positions to elected and appointed officials and government agencies. Andrew also served as a top Aide for the Senate Majority Caucus as well as a Legislative Aide to the Caucus Chairman. In that capacity, he worked with every member of the State Senate and worked closely with their counterparts in the House of Representatives.
