On June 28, 2012, the Supreme Court of the United States issued its opinion in the case of National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius, which involved constitutional challenges to certain provisions of the federal health reform law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Pub. L. No. 111-148 (the ACA).
