The Florida Department of Transportation was a pioneer in outsourcing highway maintenance and in using solicited and unsolicited proposals to develop new transportation projects. Now, Florida is considering comprehensive social P3 legislation that is based on the Virginia model.

NC Governor McCrory Signs Landmark Wind Energy Legislation On Friday, May 17, Governor Pat McCrory signed five bills into law, including a landmark wind energy bill that creates a framework for the establishment of wind energy facilities in North Carolina.
